About this dish

Breaded Camembert grilled in a pan for 3 to 4 minutes per side, served over cooked bulgur with cucumber, cherry tomatoes and a balsamic glaze. Bulgur is cracked wheat, precooked and dried, which is why it needs no cooking here. The warm, molten cheese contrasts with the cold raw vegetables.
