About this dish

Ready-breaded fish fillets served with peas sautéed with sliced onion in butter, and tartare sauce. The fish comes breaded, so the work is boiling the peas for about 8 minutes and browning the onion. Tartare sauce, a mayonnaise base with pickles and capers, is the classic partner for fried fish.

Ingredients

Breaded fish fillet4
Frozen peas800 g
Yellow onion1
Tartare sauce4 tsp
Lemon wedges (optional)4 wedges
Butter4 knobs

3.

In the same pan, add the fish next to the onions and cook for 2 minutes on each side.

4.

Add the drained peas to the pan with a small piece of butter and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
