About this dish

Fresh cod served on rice stir-fried with frozen julienne vegetables and soy sauce. Cooked rice, ideally from the day before, fries better than freshly cooked rice. The frozen vegetables are already cut, which is why the dish takes 11 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a second pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the cod and cook for 2 minutes on each side, until lightly golden.

3.

Once the vegetables are cooked, add the rice and soy sauce. Mix and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring.

Tips

For an extra indulgent touch, add curry powder and a little crème fraîche while cooking the vegetables.
