About this dish

Pan-cooked salmon over little gem lettuce with homemade croutons, parmesan shavings and Caesar sauce, with lemon. Salmon is not part of the original Caesar salad, but its richness stands up to the creamy dressing. Croutons are made by cutting country bread and frying it in olive oil.

Ingredients

Fresh salmon4

Parmesan shavings60 g
Country bread (sliced)4 slices
Caesar sauce4 tbsp
Lemon4 slices

Preparation

1.

Cut the bread slices into croutons.

3.

4.

Meanwhile, wash and chop the lettuce.

5.
