About this dish
A wrap spread with soft cheese and filled with canned tuna, corn, hard-boiled egg and salad, with a squeeze of lemon. Spreadable cheese wedges act as the binder in place of mayonnaise. The 9 minutes for the eggs are the longest step, and the wrap keeps well for a packed lunch.
Ingredients
Preparation
Cook the eggs for 9 minutes in a pot of boiling water. Once cooked, plunge them into cold water to stop the cooking. Peel carefully, then cut into rounds.
Meanwhile, prepare the spread. In a bowl, add the drained tuna, cheese wedges, corn and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and mash with a fork.
Warm the tortillas, then spread the tuna mixture in the center. Add the hard-boiled egg rounds and the salad greens on top.
Roll the wrap up tightly, then cut it in half if you like. It's ready!
