About this dish
A savory bowl cake: an oat and egg batter mixed with tuna and feta and cooked as a single small cake, served with salad. Rolled oats replace flour, and feta adds salt, so the batter needs little seasoning.
Ingredients
Preparation
Prepare the batter. In a bowl, crack the eggs. Season with salt and pepper, then beat them.
Add the rolled oats and baking powder. Mix, then gradually stir in the milk.
Add the drained and flaked tuna, followed by the crumbled feta. Mix well again.
Grease a microwave-safe bowl, then pour in the batter. Microwave the bowl cake for 3 to 4 minutes at 600 to 800W.
Once cooked through, unmold the bowl cake onto a plate. Serve it with the green salad, seasoned to taste, and a few pieces of crumbled feta and tuna on top. Adjust the seasoning to taste, it's ready!
