About this dish

Slices of country bread topped with fresh cheese, tomato, canned tuna, black olives and hard-boiled egg. It is an open sandwich in the style of a niçoise salad on toast. The eggs boil for 9 minutes and cool in cold water while you prepare the rest.

Tomato280 g
Canned tuna280 g
Pitted black olives40 g

3.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges. Cut the olives in half and open the can of tuna.

4.

Spread the toasts with the fresh cheese, arrange the tomatoes, eggs, tuna and olives on top, season with salt and pepper, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil. It's ready!
