About this dish
A fresh beef patty with frozen baby potatoes browned in a pan and a salad dressed with mustard and balsamic vinegar. Frozen baby potatoes are pre-cooked, so they only need browning, which is why the whole plate takes 12 minutes. Herbes de Provence flavor the potatoes.
Ingredients
Preparation
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the baby potatoes and Herbes de Provence. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden.
Meanwhile, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a second pan over high heat. Add the beef patties. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Meanwhile, prepare the vinaigrette. In a bowl, mix the mustard, balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the beef patty on a plate with the baby potatoes and the green salad dressed with the vinaigrette. It's ready!
