About this dish
Chicken breast seasoned with ground coriander, cooked in a pan and finished with lime juice and fresh cilantro, served with rice. Ground coriander is the seed and cilantro the leaf of the same plant, but they taste quite different: the seeds are warm and citrusy, the leaves fresh and sharp. Using both gives the chicken layers of flavor.
