About this dish
A main-course salad of mixed greens, goat cheese, ham, cherry tomatoes, croutons and a hard-boiled egg. The dressing is balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil. The eggs boil for 9 to 10 minutes and go into cold water to stop the cooking. Honey in the dressing softens the vinegar and pairs with the goat cheese.
