About this dish

Cheese tortellini tossed with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, feta, black olives and red onion, seasoned with dried oregano and olive oil. The salad takes the ingredients of a Greek salad and adds pasta, which is not Greek at all, so the name describes the flavors. It is good cold, so it works for packed lunches.
