About this dish

Savory oat pancakes with slices of turkey breast, fresh goat cheese and mixed greens. As in the other oat pancake recipes, the batter is just oats, eggs and a little water. Turkey and fresh goat cheese make a light, protein-rich filling, and the whole dish is ready in 9 minutes.
