About this dish

Rigatoni tossed with cherry tomatoes and garlic, topped with prosciutto and a torn burrata. Prosciutto is dry-cured ham from Italy, sliced thin and added at the end so it stays silky. The burrata melts into the pasta as a creamy sauce.
