About this dish
Chicken breast glazed with sweet soy sauce and ginger, sprinkled with sesame seeds and served with rice and broccoli. Sesame chicken is an American Chinese takeout dish; this is a quick home version without the deep frying. The sweet soy caramelizes in the pan and gives the chicken its color, so watch the heat near the end.
