About this dish
Dark bread topped with turkey ham, Comté and cucumber, with a soft-boiled egg on the side. It is a cold plate for a light dinner or lunch, and the only cooking is the egg: 6 minutes in boiling water, then cold water. Comté is a hard cheese from the Jura in eastern France, with a nutty flavor.

If needed, cut the bread into slices and toast it.
Serve the turkey ham on a plate with the soft-boiled egg cut in half, the Comte cheese, the bread slices and the cucumber. Adjust the seasoning to taste. It's ready!
