About this dish

Gnocchi made from mashed sweet potato, flour and egg, served with butter and fresh sage. Sweet potato dough is softer and stickier than regular potato dough, so work with floured hands and add the flour a little at a time. Boil the gnocchi until they float, then toss them in the sage butter.
