About this dish
Chicken breast pieces pan-cooked with tandoori sauce and served over ready-cooked spiced rice, with cucumber, red onion and Greek yogurt. Tandoori chicken is named after the tandoor, a clay oven, and the traditional dish is marinated for hours; this is a 10-minute pan version built on a ready-made sauce. The yogurt and cucumber cool the spices.
