About this dish

Slices of bread baked with tomato and basil sauce, ham and grated mozzarella, sprinkled with herbes de Provence. In Italy, bruschetta is grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and fresh tomatoes; this version is closer to a mini pizza on toast.

Tomato basil sauce4 tbsp
Ham matchsticks240 g
Grated mozzarella160 g

Preparation

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Place the sliced bread on a baking tray. Spread the tomato sauce over the top, then add the ham matchsticks and grated mozzarella.

3.

Once the cheese has melted and turned golden, take the bruschetta out of the oven.
